Tanvi Gadhia (She/Her/Hers)

Regenerative Communities Project Manager 

Tanvi leads the Regenerative Communities Project (RCP), which mobilizes resources for local sustainable development aligned with sovereignty, agency, and community self-determination, and prioritizes the well-being of frontline communities.

Tanvi has over 15 years of experience in sustainability, spanning across higher education, policy advocacy, and environmental education. Previously Tanvi served as the Sustainability Manager for Engaged Learning and Leadership at Johns Hopkins University, managed sustainability outreach and communication programs at the University of Maryland College Park, and founded and directed sustainability efforts at UMBC. She also worked on environmental policy with the Maryland League of Conservation Voters, the Center for Food Safety and Technology Assessment, and the Union of Concerned Scientists. She has served in environmental education roles with Fairview Lake Environmental Education Center, Pickering Audubon Center, and Oregon Ridge Nature Center. 

Tanvi holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor in Environmental Studies from UMBC.
